Crescent Court Phase II is a luxury condominium community located in downtown Elmhurst on York Street, one-half block south of the Metra train station. Curving steel frame canopies and the vertically aligned windows and balconies bring a Prairie School flavor to the five-story building, with 56 condominiums and 56 parking spaces.

Due to the overwhelming success of Phase I, which sold out in eight days, a lottery was conducted to allocate the sale of residences. All residences were sold within one month.

Over four years, Morningside built a relationship with the City of Elmhurst. The public-private partnership between the City and Morningside resulted in a site plan that provides shared public parking, a public park and extension of the downtown streetscape elements. The resulting residential and commercial projects, taken as a whole, remain a benchmark for the company and the region.
