$15K Mix & Match!

Arbor Court Condominium is pleased to introduce a very special offer.   For a limited time, with the purchase of a new condominium at Arbor Court, buyers will receive a credit up to $15,000 towards one or more of the following: 


Buyers that sign a Purchase Agreement for a new home at Arbor Court Condominium between March 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008, and Close on the purchase of their new home within 60 days of signing their Purchase Agreement can choose one or more of the following: professional hardwood flooring, Ethan Allen home furnishings and/or a Best Buy gift card. The total value is not to exceed $15,000. Vouchers/gift cards are not redeemable for cash. 

If Buyer elects to install hardwood flooring in their new home at Arbor Court, the cost is as follows (per plan):

Wood flooring price includes: Hardwood installation in great room, hall, and entry only. Removal of existing carpet, leveling, cork, furnish, installation, shoe installation, clean up, taxes and delivery. Product provided and installed by Carpet Interiors/ Carpet One. Voucher for this selection to be provided at closing. Installation may not occur until after closing. Morningside Midco Residential, LLC assumes no liability for the work provided by Carpet Interiors/ Carpet One. By choosing this option, Buyer agrees to hold harmless Morningside Midco Residential, LLC.

Based upon the value of the wood flooring above, Buyer may elect to use the remaining value ($15,000 minus the cost of flooring) towards a gift voucher for Ethan Allen home furnishings (Orland Park location only) and/or towards a Best Buy gift card. Gift voucher to Ethan Allen will be provided to the Buyer at Closing. Best Buy gift card will be provided to the Buyer within ten (10) business days of Closing. Total value of wood flooring, Ethan Allen gift voucher and Best Buy gift card not to exceed total value of $15,000.  *Free professional design consultation only available with Ethan Allen home furnishings’ selection. Offer valid at Ethan Allen Design Center in Orland Park only.

In lieu of the Mix & Match options, Buyer may elect to receive a Credit at Closing in the amount of $15,000.  In the event the Buyer elects to receive a Credit at Closing in lieu of the Mix & Match promotion, a gift voucher/gift card will NOT be provided at Closing.
